Centrifuge & Dryer in Operation at Drilling Site

  After one-month operation, TR   decanter centrifuge   and vertical cutting dryer get positive feedback from our customer. They both have good and stable performance in oil and gas drilling field. We have rich experience on designing and manufacturing turnkey treating equipment which can be effectively used to treat different kinds of drilling waste includes OBM, WBM and SBM. TR decanter centrifuge and vertical cutting dryer is in operation at drilling site. The model of decanter centrifuge is TRLW450N-2 with handling capacity of 50m3/h. Bowl diameter is 450mm, and bowl length is 1250mm. Rotary speed could arrive 3200rpm. This centrifuge is used to treat the particles ranging from 5μm-7μm. TR Decanter Centrifuge can meet with different requirements of mud treatment under various drilling conditions. TR Mud Agitator Installed In Drilling Field

On October 10th, TR finished the production of 40 pcs  mud agitator  for African customer, and then delivered to their drilling field. Since client also required installation guidance both by texts and video, TR provided them altogether to client. Finally they completed installation in field at the end of November. For this project, mud agitators are 11kw coupling type agitators. Impeller has three layers, shaft  length is 2400mm. The upper impeller is 850mm, middle impeller is 800mm, and bottom impeller is 750mm. Furthermore, the reducer is a worm gear type with a speed ratio of 25:1. The impeller speed is 72r/min. TR mud agitator could maintain the uniformity of drilling fluid and suspend solid phase particles. At the same time, our agitator can stir drilling fluid continuously and reliably. Jet Mud Mixer Delivered to Poland Mud Company

The  Jet Mud Mixer customized by TR Solids Contro l for a Poland Mud Company was sent to the site yesterday. TRSLH150 jet mud mixer s a mud mixing device specially designed for drilling mud preparation in oil fields. Jet mixing device can make the mud material into the water quickly and form qualified mud to meet the needs of rapid drilling. Jet Mud Mixer is mainly composed of centrifugal pump, jet mixer hopper and pipeline. The mud is transported by centrifugal pump at high speed, and a vacuum zone is formed in the mixing chamber under the mud funnel through the nozzle of the hopper. The mud material is poured into the water through the entrance above the mud hopper, which will be quickly integrated into the water.
