Characteristics of the TR Series Mud Cleaner Structure

TR series mud cleaner mainly has the following characteristics in design.

1.Bottom Flow of Cyclone can be Adjusted.
When the bottom flow of cyclone is too dry or too large, it can be adjusted by replacing the nozzle with larger diameter or smaller diameter.
2.The service life is improved.
Because the solid phase in drilling fluid will cause wear and tear to the cyclone and pipe fittings during the flowing process, and shorten the service life, in order to solve this problem, we take measures to improve the wear resistance of the relevant components to extend their service life.
3.Flexible in Use
The mud cleaner can be used in combination of desander + shale shaker, desilter + shale shaker, or desander+ desilter+ shale shaker, or directly as a shale shaker.
4.Save Installation Space.
Mud cleaner is a kind of equipment which combines three kinds of equipments: desander,  desilter and shale shaker. The structure is compact and reasonable, and the space of tank surface is saved.

TR Mud Agitator Installed In Drilling Field

On October 10th, TR finished the production of 40 pcs  mud agitator  for African customer, and then delivered to their drilling field. Since client also required installation guidance both by texts and video, TR provided them altogether to client. Finally they completed installation in field at the end of November. For this project, mud agitators are 11kw coupling type agitators. Impeller has three layers, shaft  length is 2400mm. The upper impeller is 850mm, middle impeller is 800mm, and bottom impeller is 750mm. Furthermore, the reducer is a worm gear type with a speed ratio of 25:1. The impeller speed is 72r/min. TR mud agitator could maintain the uniformity of drilling fluid and suspend solid phase particles. At the same time, our agitator can stir drilling fluid continuously and reliably.
