Drilling fluid shale shaker is a first-class solid control equipment used in drilling mud purification system. It adopts imported excitation motor. Structure


Drilling fluid shaker is mainly composed of base, screen box, screen mesh, mud logging tank, excitation motor, shock absorber spring, control switch, adjusting device and so on.

  1. Screen box: Screen box uses soft (hard) hooked screen, frame screen, bolt tension or tine block structure, so that the tension is safe and reliable, not easy to damage the screen, this knot is reliable enough, easy to operate and simple to maintain.
  2. Logging device: Drawing lessons from well-known foreign brands, structural optimization design is carried out. The mud buffer effect is good and the service life of screen mesh is prolonged.
  3. Power plant: It consists of shock beam and two brand explosion-proof vibration motors. It has low vibration noise, stable operation effect, long service life and convenient installation and maintenance.
  4. Shock absorber: High-strength composite rubber structure, good stability, good shock absorption effect, low noise.
  5. Regulating device: adopt the adjusting structure under the lead screw, which has high adjusting precision, good stability and simple and convenient operation.
  6. Control device: It adopts brand explosion-proof or non-explosion-proof control device, which has good safety performance, strong protection performance of step-down starting and long service life.

Working Principle

  1.  Drilling fluid shaker is the first-class solid control equipment in the solid-phase control system of drilling mud, which processes mud solid particles above 74 um from bottom hole slurry.
  2. Drilling fluid shaker generates linear motion, circular motion or translational elliptical motion trajectory through the transmission of exciting beam under the action of eccentric block force of vibration motor. In the two motors, the angle between the vertical line and the screen is a-angle or linear, so that the rotation direction of the two exciting motors is opposite, and the exciting force generated by their mutual movement is offset in the X direction, and the exciting force is zero. The exciting force of the two motors in the Y direction superimposes each other, which drives the reciprocating movement of the whole upper and lower sieve box along the Y axis direction. At the same time, the mud on the screen surface is thrown up along the Y axis direction, and then it moves forward when it falls freely. Thus, the mud is thrown up and fallen continuously to make the mud move forward, and the mud leaks into the mud tank through the sieve mesh. In addition, some solid particles in the mud with large and mesh holes are screened out, thus playing a role in mud purification.

TR Mud Agitator Installed In Drilling Field

On October 10th, TR finished the production of 40 pcs  mud agitator  for African customer, and then delivered to their drilling field. Since client also required installation guidance both by texts and video, TR provided them altogether to client. Finally they completed installation in field at the end of November. For this project, mud agitators are 11kw coupling type agitators. Impeller has three layers, shaft  length is 2400mm. The upper impeller is 850mm, middle impeller is 800mm, and bottom impeller is 750mm. Furthermore, the reducer is a worm gear type with a speed ratio of 25:1. The impeller speed is 72r/min. TR mud agitator could maintain the uniformity of drilling fluid and suspend solid phase particles. At the same time, our agitator can stir drilling fluid continuously and reliably.
