Petroleum solid control system mainly controls and separates the solids of oil drilling fluids, which can make drilling fluids recycled, also known as mud purification system.



Petroleum solid control system mainly controls and separates the solids of oil drilling fluids, which can make drilling fluids recycled, also known as mud purification system. It is suitable for the drilling process of 2000-7000m oil wells. The oil solid control system consists of three to seven modular combined tanks. A new conical bottom structure is adopted for the bottom of the purifying tank, and a mud mixing system is used for the edge of the tank, which is not easy to sink. The tank and tank of the whole circulation system can be separated and connected to meet the requirements of drilling operation. The bottom valve of the suction manifold is flexible to open and reliable to seal after closing. The whole circulation system is equipped with five-level purification equipment, vibration screen, desilting and mud removing cleaner, vacuum degasser and agitator, etc. The use of the new oil drilling mud purification system reduces mud discharge and has obvious environmental protection effect.



Petroleum solid control system is used to separate and treat cuttings, mud and sand in drilling fluid, maintain drilling fluid performance and store circulating drilling fluid. It is equipped with a weighting mixing device, a filling device and a chemical filling device. It is used to improve the physical and chemical properties of drilling fluid to meet the needs of drilling work.

TR Mud Agitator Installed In Drilling Field

On October 10th, TR finished the production of 40 pcs  mud agitator  for African customer, and then delivered to their drilling field. Since client also required installation guidance both by texts and video, TR provided them altogether to client. Finally they completed installation in field at the end of November. For this project, mud agitators are 11kw coupling type agitators. Impeller has three layers, shaft  length is 2400mm. The upper impeller is 850mm, middle impeller is 800mm, and bottom impeller is 750mm. Furthermore, the reducer is a worm gear type with a speed ratio of 25:1. The impeller speed is 72r/min. TR mud agitator could maintain the uniformity of drilling fluid and suspend solid phase particles. At the same time, our agitator can stir drilling fluid continuously and reliably.
