| Fault | Reason | Solution |
| Water can not be pumped out with pointer of pressure gauge tempestuously flouncing. | 1. Water exit has been blocked. 2. Air leakage is happening to pipeline and meters. | 1. Have the silt discharged. 2.Have the air leakage location screwed down or blocked. |
| The pump can not pump out water. | 1.Water-in mouth of the pump has been higher than liquid level. 2. Rotating direction is incorrect. | 1.Have the liquid level raised or decrease the pump height. 2.Inspect the rotating direction of the motor. |
The water exit is indicated having pressure by the pressure gauge but no water comes out. | 1.The resistance of water output is too big. 2. The impeller is blocked. 3. Rotating speed is not enough. | 1. Have the pipeline checked. 2. Have the impeller washed. 3. Have the rotating speed increased. |
